Return and Refund Policy
1. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of mind
For distance purchases where applicable law grants a cooling-off period, you may cancel within fourteen days of receiving the goods provided they are sealed, unused, and in resaleable condition. Food supplements with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned for change of mind unless required by law.
3. Damaged or incorrect shipments
Notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and affected items. We will arrange return labels or disposal instructions and refund or replace at our cost when verified.
4. Process
Email or write using the identifiers in the footer with your order number, reason for return, and whether you seek refund or exchange. Approved returns receive a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) and address label.
5. Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are initiated within five business days to the original payment method. Banks may take additional days to post the credit.
6. EU consumers
If mandatory EU consumer rules apply to your purchase, statutory withdrawal rights are described in your order confirmation in addition to this Policy.
7. Food supplements and Australian consumer law
Vasqelora is an ingestible food supplement. Seals and primary packaging must remain intact for hygiene-related return paths unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise because of a major failure. We do not accept returns that cannot be safely restocked or destroyed under food-safety expectations.
